and lose the attitude.

 The cause of suffering
is not recognising pure awareness
and having a lot of attitude.

 The key to enlightenment
is the altruistic attitude
for the welfare of others.

 When we are self serving,
we are reacting to protect our ideas.

 When there is an altruistic attitude,
spontaneous presence immediately
regards the welfare of others.
