WE GET OLD BECAUSE WE STOP PLAYING

We Get Old Because We Stop Playing

When we ‘grow up’, we take ourselves seriously.
We lose the present moment, and obsess about the past.

When we stop being playful, we stop learning and experimenting,
no longer finding joy in the small things.

Keeping the inner child active is being alert,
staying sharp and happy.

The inner child is pure consciousness.
