We Live In An Unenlightened World

We live in an unenlightened world;
lacking wisdom of pure awareness,
of course there are problems.

This isn’t just due to a lack of facts,
but a misunderstanding of reality
– the illusion of a self that wants answers.

We are the answer:
the pure observation perceiving
through a whole mind, rather than a partial one.

To be practical is to remain in this world,
while unbound by its distractions and desires.
This is the enlightened attitude.
