Evil Hidden In Plain Sight
Evil is ignorance and, through ignorance, we consent.
Evil intent is hidden in plain sight in an attempt to side-step karma and the consequences of an action. Evil wants consent, and foolishly forgets that its first intention is the creation of bad karma.
This practice is the concept known as implied consent or predictive programming. If a bad actor reveals their negative intentions through media, symbolism or public interaction and the public does not actively resist, they have technically consented to the outcome.
By obtaining this passive consent, the perpetrators believe they shift the karmic burden onto the victims, theoretically bypassing the spiritual consequences of their actions.
People often assume that real malice would be kept strictly secret. When someone ‘high-up’ behaves with extreme audacity, observers frequently rationalise it as a cock-up, a mistake, or a misunderstanding by authorities unwittingly allowing the behaviour to continue unchecked. Malicious actions are openly displayed to elicit reactions. We may complain, but the corruption continues anyway.
Such callous displays gradually desensitise the public. Over time, actions that would have caused outrage become accepted as normal, reducing public resistance by creating fear and hope.
Immense harm isn’t been carried out by hideous monsters, but by ordinary people blindly following bureaucratic rules that lead to confusion. Rules are for the obedience of fools, and guidance for the wise who can read between the lines.
Evil is hidden in plain sight.
Goodness is pure sight.
