The Less The Judgement, The More The Insight
And the more time and space to see with clarity.
What sees?
Pure consciousness.
If our mind is full of concepts that we place on top of whatever is experienced, we leave no room or time for intuitive insight. Being judgemental, we lose our sense of humanity and morality.
The moment we label a person, an action or an emotion as good or bad, we stop observing what is actually there, and start looking only at our own assumptions.
As we progress through practice,
we read a situation more deeply,
and evolve into the clear light.
