When To Drop The Meditation
Just meditating and feeling calm is still working in the dark.
We have to know the objective,
which is not dependent on the mind for existence;
that is pure consciousness, working in the light.
Realise we are pure consciousness, before thoughts arise.
When we forget our essence of pure consciousness,
we meditate = we remember.
Once we remember pure consciousness,
we drop the meditation and get on with our life at a natural pace
– not too excited and not too dull.
If we do not drop the meditation, we will zone out,
and disconnect with the practice – and with life itself.
Realisation is knowing what we are in everything that we do.
Find the natural pace, not too tight and not too loose.
Working this way will answer all our questions,
and we will gain confidence in understanding.
