People have to start somewhere! I have no idea about aliens, in the sense that he is talking about. But part of the video concerns the American military machine, and coming from an ex-Canadian Minister of Defence, I find that interesting.
Indeed — the problem is that the whole field is filled with misdirection, speculation, partial truths, and out-right fraudulence. That is why it is fortunate to come upon someone who really knows what they are talking about in this area, which is why I recommended Lou’s books. A good one to start with is
