Suppressed Knowledge
As long as we adhere to words, true knowledge is suppressed because we don’t have actual experience.
True knowledge is the expression of experience through pure awareness. Without that, we are merely intellectualising, which is a hamster wheel of over-analysis that keeps us spinning in thoughts without release.
Intellectualisation is a psychological defence mechanism where we use logic, analysis, and assumptions to avoid experiencing raw emotions and reality, creating a mental loop that blocks genuine healing and creates distance from actual truth.
Intellectualisation is a mental trap which may explain our trauma perfectly, but we still remain trapped by it. We have to be in it to experience it, otherwise it’s just a cover-up, as we memorise instructions and replace reality with labels.
The knowledge we seek is that which is asking the question.
We are what we seek.
Pure consciousness.
Anything we read and hear suppresses this consciousness.
It’s that which is reading these words without intellectualising.
Suppressed knowledge is covered up in plain sight.
