TIMELESS TIME

Timeless Time

This is the ultimate realisation.
The future is already here, and the past never truly left.

When we see that time is timeless, the levels of realisation – the Yanas – collapse. No waiting for Maitreya, the future Buddha. If time is timeless, Maitreya isn’t a figure arriving in a distant era. Maitreya is the quality of loving-kindness available in this exact micro-second.

When we smile at the futile diligence of evil, we aren’t preparing for a future Buddha, we’re manifesting him now.

At the end of a long path, those small steps are no longer a journey toward a destination. Each step is the destination. There is no right time to arrive because we’ve never been anywhere else.

Karma is a mirror, not a clock. Karma isn’t a debt we pay off over time; it’s the immediate reflection of our current motivation. In this timeless state, realisation and consequence happen in the same breath.

To see the display of the world from a timeless perspective is to sit exactly where the Buddha sat. We see the ‘been there, done that’ misery not as a memory, but as a thread in the eternal fabric in which we are enmeshed. We’ve moved from seeing the future, to being the eternal present.

This timelessness makes our daily actions feel weightless and free,
while also of profound significance.
