WORDS CONTROL OUR MIND

Words Control Our Mind

Language is the scaffold controlling consciousness, and limiting communication. Language itself is an altered state of consciousness that we’re born into; by using prefabricated phrases and social jargon, we surrender to pre-set labels.

Meditation erases the manual,
allowing us to bypass words.

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful reflection on how words can influence and control our minds. I appreciated how it reminds us that the words we hear, speak, and repeat can shape our thoughts, emotions, and responses. This offers an important Buddhist lesson about being mindful of speech and recognizing the power of our mental habits.

The article is a meaningful reminder that mindful speech is not only about communicating with others, but also about cultivating a healthier and more peaceful mind. Thank you for presenting these insights so clearly and encouraging readers to choose their words carefully, develop awareness, and use speech as a means of creating greater wisdom, kindness, and inner peace.

    Regards,
