What’s Beneath The Mud?
The mud is our contrived self.
Beneath the mud is the pure awareness of our contrived self.
We are free in the moment of seeing.
We are each our own teacher and student.
We are free in the moment of seeing that we weren’t free.
The mud washes off when we see the mud.

…my little mud diamonds. Every step I take. All my ways lead to here and now. Every negativity, jealousy, greed and ignorance – free in the moment of seeing. In the past I was ashamed, confused and distracted and I tried hard to reach a pure/holy state. I didn´t undertand how everything is connected and has it´s place. Thank you for every experience. Sometimes I still need a kick up the arse and then I remember. Sometimes I still create a lot pain… my little mud diamonds
Hello Tom,
We all forget from time to time. But in that moment of recognising a troubled mind, IS the pure holy state.
We all feel guilty from time to time because of what we think we are ‘supposed’ to be like….holy!
Our present mind is a product from our past warts and all. It is that, that creates the pain.
But how amazing…”Free in the moment of seeing!”
Of course the past keeps tumbling back, but gradually those kicks up the arse may turn into tears of recognition.
Your comment is appreciated.
