Stop Looking, And See
Looking, but not seeing

If we keep looking for a exotic teaching,
we never see that we are it that we seek.
That seeing is pure consciousness.
Whatever is seen is the distraction.

Exotic terminology is exotic jargon;
something foreign and outside.
The wisdom of reality
is neither foreign nor outside us.

We are free in the moment of seeing,
and not while we are looking.
It’s not complicated;
we do not need to dress it up.

The nature of our spiritual reality
is the nature of our own mind.
The emptiness of awareness.

Now all we need to do is get on with our lives,
noting our reactions – our programming –
and realising that we are free in the moment of seeing.
Gain victory over karma.
