We just have to realise this.

Meditation is letting go of all concepts
and allowing pure awareness to take place.
Realising pure awareness is the presence of pure consciousness.
Ηοw to meditate without Meditation? After years of proper “pointless” Meditation beyond targets, I find it impossible to sit in posture facing a wall. Is there any meaningful alternative to overcome this inner revolt?

Meditation is being still in body, speech and mind, to allow a calming of the whole system.
However, and this is the great point, the more distractions we notice happening, means the more we are aware!
Usually our energies are all over the place, so we have to bring them under control.
Chanting or just singing can help with breathing properly. I find after swimming, I feel so relaxed.
This may help.
In meditation we should take little breaks.
Actually the best meditation is when we stop meditation! Short moments many times.
