Seeking The Truth

In seeking the truth, we realise that truth is consciousness itself for, without consciousness, nothing would be known. That is our reality because that is our constant; everything else is impermanent and, as such, has no inherent reality. Meditation is the vehicle to realise the non-duality of pure consciousness.

Once we realise pure consciousness, all fixations and negative emotions are seen as obstructing this clear view, and become an instant, perfect reminder of our pure state. As appearances and recognition are simultaneous, that is non-duality. Our karma (fixations and negative emotions) becomes our perfect teacher.
