The Buddha Was An Expert …

The Buddha was an expert, and he said,
“Don’t believe a word I’m saying; test it for yourself”.

If the Buddha said that, then we shouldn’t just follow others,
We become dry, and we never actually know
as we just repeat words.

When we actually do know,
whatever we pass on is done so consciously
as personal experience has weight.

We have to:
acknowledge the suffering in the world
realise the real cause
find a method to end that suffering
and apply it.

What is … ‘it’?

‘It’ comes from knowing the difference between
our self image and essence of consciousness.

Our self image has no reality, and is the cause of our suffering.
Our reality is the essence of consciousness.
